We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead high-impact land use projects for public sector clients. This role involves strategic planning, analysis, and advice on complex planning concepts.

The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related field and have at least 5 years' experience in urban planning. They will possess strong knowledge of strategic planning and legislation, as well as proficiency in spatial planning tools and GIS platforms.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled planner to contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to prepare and review reports, presentations, and documents that communicate complex ideas clearly.

About You:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Ideally minimum 5 years' experience in Urban Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning and related legislation.
  • Proficient appreciation and understanding of statutory planning frameworks and processes.
