Job Title: Senior Cartage Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cartage coordinator to manage the flow of goods and supplies. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating movements, liaising with clients and transport companies, and ensuring timely delivery of cargo.

The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding (cartage), possess exceptional attention to detail, and be able to work in a deadline-driven environment. They will also need to be flexible and have a positive demeanor.

  • Coordinate cartage movements and ensure timely delivery of cargo
  • Liaise with clients and transport companies to expedite cargo delivery
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate with internal departments as necessary
  • Calculate and prepare shipment charges
  • Request, monitor, and process payment of invoices
  • Advise carriers of time slot requests in a timely manner
  • Confirm delivery requirements with customers
