**Key Responsibilities:**

- Contribute to planning and implementing an education program that promotes a child's overall development and well-being.
- Collaborate with other educators, families, and early childcare professionals to create a safe, caring, engaging, and stimulating environment for children attending the service.

**Requirements:**

- Must hold an approved ECEC qualification (Certificate 3, Diploma, Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor/Masters of Education) or an ACECQA-assessed equivalent
- Current First Aid qualification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma (support available to obtain this)
- Current WWCC (employee)
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
- KindyHub knowledge advantageous
- Experience in written documentation and planning related to children's learning and development
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
