Child Development Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead child development initiatives in Kilsyth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children, designing and facilitating activities that foster learning and creativity, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring the well-being and safety of every child in their care, and managing a team of Educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement child-centered programs promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Collaborate with Educators to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community members
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in childcare leadership
- Proven ability to design and implement effective child development programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
