About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Attendant, Relief Duty Manager at Breakers Country Club in Wamberal.

As a Relief Duty Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring memorable experiences for visitors. When not performing this role, you will work as a Customer Service Attendant, representing our front line and working across diverse areas, including the bar, gaming, and concierge.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working across daily operations in food, beverage, gaming, and entertainment, as well as previous experience leading daily operations within a similar role.

In addition to your extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills, you will also possess excellent practical knowledge of WH&S principles and be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

You will be required to supervise employees, oversee employee performance, and manage rostered shifts, while maintaining currency with established procedures and policies, making recommendations and contributing to change.

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations is also an essential aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable grooming and presentation, exceptional oral and verbal communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships with tact and diplomacy
  • Maintain currency with established procedures and policies, making recommendations and contributing to change
  • Lead team development and engagement, including coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise employees, oversee employee performance, and manage rostered shifts
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
