Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, helping them find their perfect cup
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to drive sales and meet customer needs
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer-facing experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
