Senior Broadcast Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Broadcast Technologist to join our team at ARN Australia. This role will be based in our state-of-the-art Sydney office and will involve working with the latest advanced broadcast technology.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and upgrade broadcast systems, studio equipment, and transmission technology.
- Ensure continued high-quality support and effective broadcast technology operations.
- Provide preventative maintenance of technical equipment.
- Assist with related hardware and software support.
- Design, plan, and implement new technology and systems.
- Document infrastructure changes and ensure accurate records.
- Maintain quality control on all work carried out by the technology operations team.
- Provide support and respond to alarms outside of regular working hours.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by adhering to our company culture.
- Maintain a safe working environment by implementing our workplace health and safety system.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced experience with radio broadcasting equipment.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced IT skills.
- Knowledge of audio and visual technology.
