About the Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be part of a collaborative team of creative and dynamic individuals who are shaping the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the restaurant service period, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding their expectations.
  • Fuel guest curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as required.
  • Empower and support your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

About You:

  • You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • You possess working rights in Australia.
  • You are enthusiastic about advancing your career and taking on new challenges.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are equipped with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
