Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to become part of our site team for a major gold expansion initiative.
Roster: 2:1
Your Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee HSE documentation and filing systems, ensuring meticulous record management and eliminating duplicate or outdated files.
- Follow up on any missing documentation, such as meeting minutes, attendance logs, and crane lift studies.
- Compile and prepare information for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Organize HSE meeting agendas, record minutes, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Assist in the setup and management of incident investigations.
- Input data into relevant databases and software.
- Draft Site Notices based on key information provided.
- Monitor and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory. Maintain the safety equipment register, ensuring all equipment is signed out, in good condition, and calibrated.
- Generate reports on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) participation.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or resource sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in a comparable position.
- Proficiency in modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
