Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain OHSE procedures in collaboration with department managers
- Analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and track audit, Intelex, and investigation actions to ensure timely responses to findings
- Foster effective communication between management, crew, and the OSH committee
- Present findings and trends in weekly DCI meetings
- Experience in an operational role with a focus on safety and compliance
- Experience using Safety Management Systems to identify trends
- Ability to present complex information clearly to a varied audience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- Experience using Intelex and Power BI preferred, but not essential
- Strong skills in interpreting and analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit
