Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation and continuous evaluation of K-2 Literacy Intervention programs across all primary schools.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing and assessing targeted interventions in reading, comprehension and writing
  • Delivering professional learning and providing ongoing support to school staff
  • Collating, analysing and interpreting data associated with Literacy Intervention
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A university Degree in Education and current NESA accreditation, operating at the Highly Accomplished or Lead level of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
  • A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a school with demonstrated success teaching K-3 classes
  • Experience in using data analysis to inform educational decisions
