As an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality interventions to NDIS participants aged 0-8 and their families, promoting positive life-changing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centers
- Assess and develop individualized plans tailored to each participant's needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and educators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and support networks
- Competitive salary package: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Relevant tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Education)
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA, SPA, state education authority)
- Minimum 12 months' experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- A valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check
