Batch Plant Professional

As a key player in our operations, we are seeking a skilled Batch Plant Professional to manage the day-to-day activities of our concrete batching plant.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plant equipment and be able to provide excellent customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing production schedules and ensuring timely deliveries
- Batching concrete to specific mix designs and taking orders from customers
- Scheduling rostering and truck movements using software
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and chain of responsibility requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers to order raw materials as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role and proficiency with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with diverse customers
- Prior experience working in a plant environment (FEL preferred)
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
