Job Description:- Provide expert advice and assistance with audio-visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Ensure that audio and visual devices are operational prior to meetings.
- Communicate with other specialists to request assistance when required.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a strong attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Demonstrated technical skills in the use of audio visual equipment.
- Experience in supporting audio visual equipment and staff using the equipment.
- Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support to programs.
- Able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance.
- Available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
