Client Relations Centre Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated individual to represent our brand in customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media. As a Client Relations Centre Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle client inquiries, and embody the brand's identity and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and outbound customer contact via various channels
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve commercial goals
  • Deliver brand information and collect valuable feedback from clients
  • Process required data accurately and report findings on system improvement
  • Escalate emergency issues to team leaders and contribute to team success
