Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our dynamic team at our Mountain Creek centre. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing healthy and delicious meals for our children and staff. You will work closely with our chef manager to develop menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh, healthy meals for our children and staff in a commercial-style kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with our chef manager to develop menus and manage inventory
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our families and colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Food Handling Certificate
  • A current Working with Children check
  • Understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • An ability to prepare fresh, healthy food within budget
  • An eye for detail

Working Conditions
