About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Leader to join our Bupa Optical Bondi Junction store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a first-class experience for all customers.

As the leader of this high-end eyewear store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and vibrant store environment while driving sales and achieving operational excellence. Building strong relationships with customers and the community will be a major focus.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, with primary hours Monday to Friday and weekends off. You will have opportunities for self-development and growth, with the support and direction of senior leadership.

About You

We are looking for someone with optical or solid retail store leadership experience who is keen to showcase their skills in an organisation that values contribution. You will have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a brand name retail store and be focused on your people and customers.

You will also need a current working with children blue card (or ability to obtain).
