Fundraising Coordinator Position

The role of Community Fundraising Administrator is a key position within our organization. As a member of the fundraising team, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various fundraising activities and campaigns, handling supporter interactions, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating gift-in-kind donations.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including distribution of promotional materials
- Handle inbound/outbound supporter communications via phone, email and mail
- Maintain accurate records across fundraising systems
- Maintain donation registers and coordinate logistics of gift-in-kind donations
- Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong initiative, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexible work arrangements – opportunity to work from home on some days

- Up to 10 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers (4 weeks for secondary)
