Facility Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled facility professional to take on the responsibility of managing our facilities in West Leederville.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to utilise their skills and work in a supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of person-centred services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the compliant and effective delivery of person-centred services by effectively managing multiple teams, including Carers, Nurses, Allied Health, and Hospitality staff.
  • To confidently lead the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and systems that promote quality service delivery.
  • To coordinate the completion of funding tool documentation and identify and manage risks to ensure accreditation standards are met and maintained.
About You:

You will be an experienced Care/Facility Manager or have substantial registered nursing/clinical experience and be looking to take the next step up. With business acumen and great people management skills, you understand the ins and outs of customer service and can confidently tackle/solve problems.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • An in-depth understanding of aged care standards and regulations.
  • Financial and budgeting skills.
  • A genuine desire to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and resilience.
  • A recognised qualification in Infection Control or willingness to complete one.
