Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our expanding network across the Ballarat region, offering boundless opportunities for growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage: Uphold Goldfish Corp's mission, values, and vision to serve clients;
  • Drive Performance: Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Prospect and Sell: Prospect, appraise, list, and sell property with tenacity;
  • Campaign Development: Plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer databases with diligence;
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team, network, and extraordinary meetings; and
  • Support Sales Campaigns: Assist with the sales campaign process from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • Personal Qualities:
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability;
  • Tenacious and driven attitude with a desire to succeed in sales;
  • Solid knowledge of industry acts, legislations, and compliances;
  • Current Police Check Record;
  • Valid Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
