About This RoleWe are seeking an Educational Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality early learning programs, developing and maintaining relationships with families, and providing opportunities for children to explore and learn through outdoor play areas and nutritionally balanced meals.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive early learning programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with families, ensuring their involvement in our programs and valuing their feedback and input.
- Provide opportunities for children to engage in outdoor play and enjoy nutritious meals, promoting healthy habits and a love for learning.
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Working with Children Check.
