**Job Title:** Leadership Role in Early Learning and Care
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in our early learning centre. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality early childhood services, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the centre director in leading the team to provide exceptional early learning and care
- Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
- Assume overall management of the centre in the centre director's absence
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
