Despatch Coordinator Role

The primary goal of this position is to ensure seamless day-to-day despatch coordination for customer requirements. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in meeting customer delivery expectations.

The Despatch Coordinator's responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the administration associated with the outbound despatch of goods.
  • Ensuring that the ERP system accurately reflects customer delivery dates and schedule pick dates.
  • Running customer orders and warehouse pick lists using the JD Edwards ERP system.

This role offers significant exposure to the largest appliance brand in the world. It provides opportunities to develop skills in logistics, inventory control, and excellent customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar despatch or logistics environment.
  • Broad knowledge of inventory control processes and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
