About Our Inventory Management Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee inventory levels and lead the inventory team at our Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain end-to-end inventory management processes, procedures, and optimal inventory parameters to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyse and manage inventory data using ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in optimising demand and supply planning, catalogue management, and ensuring that inventory levels meet business needs.
  • Manage stock on hand, evaluate supply risk, and maintain minimum and maximum levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Liaise with warehouses and major customers to resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement inventory improvement plans and reporting to senior management.
  • Produce relevant inventory key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Inventory management or supply chain experience from any industry.
  • Extensive systems experience, including ERP/MRP, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate and meaningful data and reporting.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of inventory processes.
