This role involves delivering exceptional on-site after-sales support for mobile & crawler crane equipment. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design to meet customer needs.
  • Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement to minimize delays and ensure business continuity.
  • Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy lifting equipment, preferably cranes.
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Valid driving license and ability to work autonomously in the field.
