As a municipal building surveyor, you will take on complex challenges in enforcing building codes and regulations.

This full-time role offers a 60/40 hybrid work-from-home arrangement based in Bairnsdale, requiring regional residency for successful performance.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in building surveying and active registration as a building surveyor with the relevant authority
- Demonstrated expertise in building compliance, enforcement, and management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of the Building Act, Regulations, and local government frameworks
