They will possess excellent business acumen, a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to meet changing work conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team on a daily basis
  • Coach your team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills
  • Manage stock effectively, maintaining accurate records and promoting a positive culture
  • Recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team members
  • Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up-to-date on pet care, products, and services provided

  • Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step in retail management
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales
  • Strong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high-performing team
  • High resilience and ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities
