Job Title: Skilled Plasterer

This role involves applying various mixtures, such as plaster and cement, to the inner and outer surfaces of buildings, ensuring a smooth finish on walls and ceilings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for optimal adhesion by applying primer.
  • Mix plaster according to project specifications, ensuring proper ratios and consistency.
  • Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various tools and techniques.
  • Smooth plaster to achieve desired textures, finishes, and uniformity.
  • Fitting internal plasterboards and installing outer coverings for protection.
  • Creating ornaments and other types of plaster work using moulds and casts.
  • Repairing cracks, holes, and imperfections in plasterwork.
  • Following detailed instructions and specifications to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintaining high-quality plasterwork and adhering to industry standards.
