About the Role:

  • Assist customers in finding their perfect machine, promoting our products and services.

  • You must be a team player with impeccable personal grooming standards.
  • You must be available to work extended trade hours, Monday through Sunday.
  • You excel at communication and relationship building, with a passion for working within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee to customers using our machines.
  • Complete transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members, perform opening and closing duties, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
