Coffee Expert & Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic Coffee Expert and Sales Ambassador to join our team in representing Nespresso products at major retailers in Australia.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating customers about Nespresso coffee machines, highlighting their key features and benefits. They will also drive sales by converting engaging conversations and demonstrations into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, making every shopping experience memorable
  • Educate and inform customers about Nespresso coffee machines, emphasizing their features and advantages
  • Drive sales through effective communication and product demonstrations
  • Promote brand values, enhancing customer understanding and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Passion for coffee and eagerness to share product knowledge with customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and provide outstanding customer service
  • Availability for weekend shifts and flexibility to cover multiple stores in the local area
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
