We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Coffee Ambassador. As the face of our coffee brand, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for customers.
Your primary focus will be to demonstrate our high-quality coffee through sampling and converting customer engagements into sales. You will also assist customers in finding their perfect machine and drive brand engagement.
To be successful in this role, you must have high energy levels, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and impeccable personal grooming standards. You must also be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate coffee products to customers
- Complete transactions and manage inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
