You will play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form close bonds with your clients and celebrate their achievements, every step of the way.
As a specialist in speech pathology, you will be responsible for providing a range of assessments and interventions, including communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.
Work EnvironmentYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. You will have access to administration and IT support, high-quality and validated speech pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.
