We are seeking an experienced Roving Facility Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple facilities in metro Sydney and rural NSW, supporting the delivery of high-quality aged care services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our regional manager to identify gaps and opportunities within facilities and develop targeted action plans to address these areas. Collaboration with existing management teams is essential to drive positive outcomes for each facility.

This roving position plays a critical role in supporting facilities during periods of annual leave, accreditation preparation, or when additional support is required. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with staff and management at each facility, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AHPRA registration and current police check.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in aged care, with a proven track record of delivering quality improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with Aged Care Accreditation standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and challenges quickly.

Flexibility is essential, as you will need to accommodate extended periods at facilities as circumstances require.
