A great step up for a leader in the culinary industry into a roving role supporting chefs. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

The Role
  • Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage across Killara, Northern Beaches, Sydney Metro
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
  • Food Safety Supervisory Certification
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with our food services program
  • Ensure detailed compliance with our food safety program
  • Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
