Department Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Supervisor to lead our team and drive exceptional customer service. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining merchandising & visual standards, guiding your department in delivering outstanding service, and supporting management to improve financial performance.

Your role will involve modeling exceptional customer service, actively gaining, maintaining, and sharing product knowledge, working collaboratively with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability, and upholding company standards to deliver store visual excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience within retail or a similar industry, a passion for creating an amazing service experience, and a proven track record in driving set KPIs and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
