We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic Client Services team at Entain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Client Services departments are fully equipped to meet forecasted service level requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the rostering of Client Services/betting employees to ensure an optimal level of resourcing.
- Schedule Management: Updating and maintaining accurate schedule data is a crucial responsibility of this role. You will be responsible for consistently monitoring and making necessary adjustments to ensure that all schedule information is up-to-date.
- Workforce Analytics: Monitor workforce management systems and enhance reporting capabilities to deliver analysis on occupancy levels and service levels.
- Operational Insights: Analyze operator statistics, interpret data, and compile accurate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and performance.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and the impact of rostering/scheduling.
- Long-term Planning: Assist in maintaining long-term forecasting planning to ensure correct recruitment plans are in place to meet business requirements.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively articulate ideas and information both verbally and in writing.
