As a Career Advancement Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering Australians to return to work, overcome injuries, and achieve their personal goals.

We are seeking experienced professionals with specialist knowledge and skills to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in regaining meaningful engagement in occupations. The ideal candidate will have expertise working with First Nations clients, organizations, and communities, as well as well-developed communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients to address the barriers they face in their lives.
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
