About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our organization as an Associate in Client Experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Comprehensive oversight and delivery of service, connecting multiple teams to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Mobilizing innovative technology to deliver outstanding solutions for clients to exceed their goals
  • Working with support team representatives to analyze service patterns and themes
  • Overseeing ongoing client engagement through regular meetings to review metrics, prioritize projects and align long term strategy
