Job Title: Physical Performance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Physical Performance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including musculoskeletal and fitness evaluations.
  2. Develop and implement personalized exercise programs to help clients achieve their health goals.
  3. Provide education and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition and stress management.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program progress.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Accreditation with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Working with Children Check
  • Strong computer skills and ability to write reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
