Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Divisional Controller.

This role will involve coordinating the financial reporting requirements of various business units, monitoring and supporting operational and strategic management to achieve targets.

The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely financial data, Management and Board reports, and develop and coordinate financial planning processes for the divisions.

Evaluating the profitability of business opportunities, customers and sales channels in co-operation with senior leadership is also a key responsibility.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinating financial reporting requirements for multiple business units
  • Maintaining effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Providing insightful commentary on financial performance and key business drivers
  • Developing and implementing financial planning processes
  • Evaluating the profitability of business opportunities and customers

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate and timely monthly financial data and Management/Board reports
  2. Develop and coordinate financial planning processes for the divisions
  3. Evaluate the profitability of business opportunities, customers and sales channels
  4. Support the development of new processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting/Business; CPA qualification

Skills:

  • Significant business/commercial experience
  • Effective task and time management skills
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Advanced skill level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CPA/CA preferred
  • SAP/HFM/Power BI experiences preferred
