You'll play a key part in ensuring our financial operations align with our mission to eliminate housing poverty.
The Role- Support execution of new debt/funding arrangements, including condition precedent management and project bank account setup
- Manage debt/capital funding drawdowns by proactively identifying funding needs across the organisation
- Prepare and coordinate financial reporting obligations under funding agreements, including covenant testing
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support project evaluation and investment decisions
- Administer surplus liquid fund investments
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
- Provide additional support to the Treasury team as required
