Benetas Home Care clients and staff rely on the After Hours Coordinator to provide exceptional client experience outcomes outside of normal business hours. This role involves answering calls, triaging issues, and offering timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Triage calls to ensure effective resolution of problems
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience in a rostering/scheduling environment
- Excellent client service skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High-level computer literacy proficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
