Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment, preferably in Coastal Italian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service principles; familiarity with local and seasonal ingredients is advantageous.
  • Valid RSA certification, ensuring responsible service practices.
  • Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • WSET certification is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
