Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales success by qualifying and nurturing leads from diverse channels, including web-based, trial system, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish meaningful connections with decision-makers, understanding business needs and guiding next steps.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and effectively transition them to suitable sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with inside and field sales teams to develop targeted account lists that support quarterly business goals.
  • Expertly utilize our lead management system, documentation processes, and tracking tools to monitor progress.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Brightcove's products and services, emphasizing competitive advantages.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred CRM solution proficiency, such as Salesforce.com.
  • High level of motivation, professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
  • Ability to thrive in both team-based and independent work environments.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for entrepreneurship.
  • Experience in outbound lead generation.
