Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join Fox Point Recruitment LLC as a Senior Sales Business Development Representative. In this role, the successful candidate will excel in generating, qualifying, and nurturing sales leads in a rapidly growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales success by qualifying and nurturing leads from diverse channels, including web-based, trial system, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish meaningful connections with decision-makers, understanding business needs and guiding next steps.
- Identify high-potential prospects and effectively transition them to suitable sales representatives.
- Collaborate with inside and field sales teams to develop targeted account lists that support quarterly business goals.
- Expertly utilize our lead management system, documentation processes, and tracking tools to monitor progress.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Brightcove's products and services, emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred CRM solution proficiency, such as Salesforce.com.
- High level of motivation, professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
- Ability to thrive in both team-based and independent work environments.
- Positive attitude and a passion for entrepreneurship.
- Experience in outbound lead generation.
