High-Powered Solution Developer

Our organization is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to lead the development of our next-generation electricity network. This role requires someone with exceptional technical expertise to design and implement high-availability, high-performance applications that meet customer needs.

  1. Leverage your technical knowledge to craft solutions that align with our business strategy.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements, proposing optimal solutions for product and project development.
  3. Develop energy services business logic and TSO integrations, ensuring designs support our technological strategy and platform evolution.
  4. Document software and facilitate handovers and application delivery, promoting seamless collaboration within the team.
  5. Work with the team lead to identify architectural improvements and incorporate new technologies where appropriate, driving innovation and efficiency in our operations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Developer, with a proven track record of designing scalable applications.
  • Extensive experience with object-oriented programming in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and API services, as well as strong knowledge of MS SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with OpenADR protocol and cloud-based platform design, with Azure development experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and facilitating effective collaboration within the team.

Key Technologies: .NET Core/Standard/Framework, SQL, Data lake, Event Hubs, Redis, Relational databases, Microsoft Azure, SCADA, REST, SOAP APIs

Bonus Skills: Python, Azure IoT knowledge
