We are seeking a motivated and skilled Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience delivering scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. You'll work in Agile teams to build and optimise business applications that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Platform technologies including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Power Platform stack, including integration with Microsoft 365 and external data sources.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and recommend best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Understanding of data modelling, entity relationships, and business process flows in Dataverse
  • Experience with custom connectors, security roles, and environment management.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and REST APIs for integration.
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint Online and on-premises environments
  • Agile development experience and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia and have full working rights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, ALM for Power Platform, and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
