About the Role

This leadership position involves mentoring a team of employment consultants to deliver person-centred services that cater to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in delivering high-quality services that reflect the values and principles of inclusive employment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for building strong partnerships with employers and NDIS providers.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Invest in staff development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
