Role Summary

The Field Application Engineer role involves working closely with customers to recommend products and solutions for new and existing applications.

This position requires a collaborative approach, involving close communication and cooperation with customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong technical background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in cable accessories installation/application.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for technical services and application engineering functions.
  • Prepare and manage product documentation, such as bills of materials and installation instructions.
  • Offer product selection advice to customers and internal sales teams.
  • Customize existing products to meet customer requirements.
  • Train customers on new and existing products.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cable accessories installation/application.
  • Qualified cable jointer up to 245kV.
  • Engineering background in electrical preferred.
  • Computer literacy and valid driving license required.
