The role involves providing technical support for sales and application engineering functions, collaborating with product management, sales, and engineering groups to drive innovation, and developing product documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for sales and application engineering functions.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering groups to drive innovation.
  • Develop product documentation, including bills of materials and installation instructions.
  • Offer product selection advice to customers and internal sales teams.
  • Customize products to meet customer requirements.
  • Support customers during product introduction and installation.
  • Present and demonstrate products requiring skilled jointing abilities.
  • Liaise with Product Management and Engineering on new product development.

Requirements:

  • A qualified cable jointer up to 245kV cable accessories applications.
  • 10+ years of cable accessories installation/application experience.
  • Trade-qualified cable jointer or degree/HND in Electrical Engineering.
