Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Financial Services Manager to join our team at Community Bank Port Lincoln. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition and quality referrals.

With a strong focus on consumer lending, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and tailor practical solutions to meet their goals. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead by example will be essential in achieving sales results and delivering holistic outcomes for our customers.

Requirements
  • Experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs

  • Able to display people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role
